The Kohler brand is globally recognised as a leader in high-end design, craftsmanship, and innovation.
Since 1873, Kohler Co. has been producing and selling exceptionally well crafted luxury products and services for the home. While the company has its roots in the United States, Kohler has been growing increasingly fast in Asia.
The Kohler team in Asia was looking at launching a new design competition for property professionals in the region. The competition would serve as a platform to showcase tomorrow’s best talents in the field of design and innovation.
Kohler needed a brand identity and a website to promote the competition and collect award submissions. In the backend, they also needed a system to easily sort and review the applications and share them with members of the jury for scoring.
mOOnshot digital took care of the award website from beginning to end. Our UX team wireframed the new Kohler website experience. Our designers created all the visuals and graphics. And our web development team set up the servers and connected the online submission form with a Google spreadsheet to easily collect and review the award applications.
Kohler has received over 100 award submissions from its new website. In view of the success of our project, Kohler has decided to maintain the website past the submission end date to continue engaging with the Asian designer community and provide updates beyond the 2018 award ceremony.
