If you thought digital marketing was technical and dull, and digital marketing experts, reclusive and nerdy, then think again. Meet Florine Eppe, the “chic geek in stilettos”, who has elevated luxury marketing to a digital art form.
Passionate about digital alchemy, and a firm believer in the immeasurable value of the human touch in digital transformation, Florine is an award-winning marketing strategist and entrepreneur. She is powered by an impressive international marketing experience spanning over a decade and a strong network within Google, Facebook and YouTube. A global nomad at heart with wanderlust in her veins, she is also a self-confessed tech-junkie drawn to cutting edge technologies, and possessing a natural flair for leading premium and luxury brands on their enchanting and mesmerising journey of digital relevance.
Beyond client work, Florine thinks deeply about how the digital landscape is changing, and regularly share her thoughts in articles and talks. Florine has also written a book (Shine – Digital Craftsmanship for Modern Luxury Brands) praised by industry leaders.
Simon worked at Google for over 10 years before joining mOOnshot digital. He gained a deep technical know-how and a broad strategic vision by working across several functions and locations. His contribution has been celebrated by numerous awards and international recognitions.
At Google, Simon was leading a global team of digital marketers responsible for acquiring and growing developers at scale. He was responsible for expanding a business worth $1B+ through marketing campaigns that span across brand awareness, acquisition, and education.
Simon is passionate about growing businesses at scale and developing talents. At mOOnshot digital, he’s responsible to drive the expansion of our services to web and app development while also leading the growth of mOOnshot digital across Asia Pacific.
Simon is on the advisory board of several digital startups in Southeast Asia, guiding and advising them to quickly and effectively build their operation and scale their business.

Joe McDermottroe worked at Google for over eight years, six of which with the YouTube team.
Originally working as a Product Specialist helping to launch new advertising products in EMEA, Joe turned his attention to content creators to develop new revenue growth strategies for his partners. At London’s YouTube Space, Joe managed the team responsible with defining the initiatives to supercharge the careers of the world’s next big online stars. He has now moved on to be the UK Country Manager of a US-based digital startup.
Tobin Page brings a decade of experience in online advertising. Thanks to his work with both the advertiser and publisher teams at Google, he gained a holistic understanding of the online display ecosystem. As Retail Account Manager for Google AdWords, Tobin managed a portfolio of high-value brands with an annual run rate in excess of £15 Million. He then took on the role of Senior Account Manager with the Google Partnerships team to manage top tier AdSense publishers.
Tobin is now the COO of Sydney-based Publift, a Google-certified monetisation agency for large digital publishers.
Keith Mander has a thorough understanding of online marketing having worked with both Google and Facebook. As Senior Product Specialist at Google, Keith successfully developed and launched new products for publishers across Europe and the Middle-East, achieving a multi-million dollar run rate in incremental revenue. He then moved to Facebook where he managed advertising campaigns for premium brands including Paramount and Nike.
Keith now owns and manages a portfolio of niche content sites generating over 1.5 million page views per month.
Eric worked for 28 years in the banking industry, focusing primarily on financial planning and management before becoming the Chief Financial Officer of ING Luxembourg.
Through his career, Eric gained a deep expertise in business planning and financial growth. He supports mOOnshot digital as a financial advisor, ensuring that the agency grows on solid financial foundations with a measurable valuation.
